The BR 850 005 is a fixed eyewash and facewash unit designed for controlled decontamination processes in industrial and laboratory environments. The assembly integrates a molded ABS bowl and a hinged protective lid, facilitating collection and drainage of used water via a dedicated outlet. The unit is intended for locations requiring direct connection to drainage systems and where containment of effluent is necessary.

Operation

Activation is achieved by pulling the lid downward. The lid serves as a dust and debris barrier when the unit is not in use. The integrated 3/8” stainless steel ball valve is mechanically actuated by the lid movement. The system includes two spray pattern regulators and an integrated 3/8” flow control valve for on-site adjustment of spray height and flow rate. The spray pattern is engineered for controlled dispersion and efficient collection within the bowl.

Complies with EN 15154-2:2006, ANSI Z358.1-2014, DIN 1988, EN 1717, and BGI/GUV-I 850-0. Certified under DIN-DVGW NW-0417CL0263 and referenced by GOST-R. Lid marking per EN ISO 7010 / ASR A1.3, 170 × 170 mm, with 17 m recognition distance.

Compatible with potable water and standard process water. Not recommended for aggressive or corrosive media without prior material compatibility assessment.
