WEY TI3 Knife Gate Valve – Level Transmitter Isolation

The WEY TI3 series is designed to isolate differential-pressure level transmitters installed on slurry tanks. Its short face-to-face dimension reduces the dead volume between the vessel and the instrument, limiting solids accumulation that may cause blocked connections or inaccurate level readings.

The transverse seal can be readjusted through lateral compression screws while the valve remains installed. The gate is mechanically supported in the closed position, while the guide geometry directs accumulated material back toward the flow passage.

The TI3 model really is a unique design. It is designed for shut-off isolation of differential pressure level sensing. Unlike other transmitter isolating valves, which are only adapted from standard knife gate valves, the TI3 model was developed for the sole purpose of isolating the transmitter. The TI3 uses standard 1/2" socket drive.
