Pressure or Vacuum Line Valve KITO F30.1N

The KITO VD/TA-1, series F30.1N, is a self-actuated line valve designed for tank or vessel breathing applications, operating as either a pressure relief or vacuum relief valve depending on installation orientation. Primarily used in piping systems, it can also serve as a non-return safety device or overflow valve in process lines.

Set Pressure Range

The F30.1N covers higher opening pressures than the F30N variant. Available settings:

• DN 25 to DN 100: above 200 up to 350 mbar
• DN 125 to DN 150: above 150 mbar
• Lower set pressures correspond to F30N type
• Higher settings require technical application review

Dimensions and Connections

Series covers DN 25–40 with PN 40 and DN 50–150 with PN 16. ASME equivalents: 1" to 6". Face-to-face length (C) can be customized for retrofit or limited pipe runs.

Materials and Sealing

Standard construction: carbon steel body/cover, optional stainless steel 1.4571. Seat, spindle, and spring components in stainless steel 1.4571. Spring-loaded pallet, metal-to-metal seat. Gasket: HD 3822 standard, PTFE optional.
