4G Ghidini 303030C Three-Way Ball Valve with Heating Jacket

The 303030C is a three-way T-port ball valve with 4 seats, integrated heating jacket, and clamp DIN 32676 connections. The top flange is ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 for pneumatic or electric actuator mounting, supporting automated flow diversion, mixing, or bypass operations.

T-Port Operation

The T-port ball enables communication between three branches per actuator position. P&ID diagrams must specify the operating angle, as the same valve can be configured for mixing, diversion, recirculation, or bypass. Not recommended for continuous throttling service.

Heating Jacket

The heating jacket is used where the process medium increases in viscosity, solidifies, or crystallizes at lower temperatures. Typical applications: fats, syrups, waxes, resins, chocolate, and temperature-sensitive chemicals. Jacket connections: 3/8" or 1/2", depending on valve size.

Sealing and Options

Configuration includes 4 PTFE ball seats, PTFE sleeve seals, double PTFE stem seals, and FKM stem O-ring. On request: PTFE glass, PTFE carbographite, PTFE inox (up to +200°C), UHMW-PE (up to +80°C). Options: ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db, M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004.

When the piping uses clamp DIN 32676, not DIN 11851 male.

What must be checked before selection?
