B-Safety PremiumLine BR 718 030 – Handheld Eye Wash Station

The BR 718 030 is a wall-mounted handheld eye wash unit designed for direct installation at workbenches, laboratories, and chemical dosing points. It features a single spray head and wetted parts constructed from stainless steel AISI 304. The wall bracket positions the handle at a 20° angle towards the operator, facilitating immediate and controlled rinsing in process environments where rapid response is required.

Materials and Operation

Handle, spray head, wall bracket, and wetted components are AISI 304. Flow regulator is POM. Hose fittings are brass CW617N / CW614N. The handle valve is non-self-closing, maintaining flow during rinsing without continuous manual actuation. Integrated flow regulator limits output to 7 l/min and stabilizes spray pattern within 1.5–5 bar pressure range. The spray head includes a plastic spray plate, elastomer shroud, and sealed dust cover.

Standards and Network Protection

Compliant with EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014. Integrated non-return valve for potable water protection. Certified to DIN-DVGW / DVGW NW-0417CL0263. Eye wash signage per EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3.

Applications

Suitable for clean water supply in chemical laboratories, QC benches, sampling stations, water treatment units, paint shops, and maintenance areas with risk of eye exposure to acids, alkalis, cleaning agents, or particulates.
