Globe Valves - Compact Design Globe Valve | Fluitek

The Globe Valves - Compact Design Globe Valve by FLUITEK ORSENIGO VALVES is a specialized line of small-sized, forged construction globe valves, available in sizes ranging from 1/2” to 2”. These valves are designed for high-pressure applications and feature a straight pattern. The disc shape can be either plug or needle type, and the configuration options include bolted bonnet, seal welded bonnet, and the commonly used pressure seal bonnet. The valves are constructed from a variety of materials, including traditional ASTM/ASME materials, harmonized EN materials, and special non-harmonized materials, such as carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, low alloy steels, austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel, and nickel alloys. They are available in high-pressure classes (900#, 1500#, 2500#, 4500#) and can be customized to meet specific customer specifications, with compliance to AD2000 requirements if needed.

Description

FLUITEK ORSENIGO VALVES has applied its extended experience in high pressure applications of globe valves to a line of small size (1/2” to 2”) forged construction specially designed globe valves, straight pattern.

Disc shape can be plug or needle type. Configuration can be bolted bonnet, seal welded bonnet and, most often, pressure seal bonnet. Materials are either the traditional ASTM/ASME materials, harmonized EN materials or special nonharmonized materials (ranging as usual from carbon steel to low temperature carbon steel, low alloy steels, austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel, nickel alloys). Pressure classes are normally on the high range side (900#, 1500#, 2500#, 4500#). Dimensions are per specific design, depending on customer specifications. Compliance with AD2000 requirements is available.
