Fluitek Orsenigo Valves is an Italian manufacturer of engineered industrial valves for oil & gas, power, pipelines, FPSO, petrochemical and demanding process applications. The product range includes ball valves, gate valves, globe valves and check valves in a wide range of sizes, pressure classes and materials.

Trunnion mounted ball valves are used for larger sizes and higher differential pressures where the ball must be mechanically supported to reduce seat load and operating torque. Top-entry ball valves are useful in buried, insulated or difficult-to-access lines because internal parts can be accessed from the top without removing the valve from the pipeline.

Double block and bleed valves combine isolation and cavity venting. They must be selected according to the isolation philosophy, bleed arrangement, leakage requirements and maintenance procedure.

Nozzle check valves are used in gas lines, compressor discharge systems and applications where rapid closing and reduced pressure loss are important. The check valve must be selected according to dynamic flow behaviour, not only nominal diameter.

Fluitek valves should be evaluated as pressure-retaining components. Technical selection requires service data, pressure class, temperature, medium, material, seat design, leakage class, fire-safe requirements, NDE, PMI, hydrostatic testing, gas testing and material certificates.
