Neway Forged Steel Gate Valve

The Neway Forged Steel Gate Valve serves as an isolation valve for small diameters NPS 1/2"–2" / DN15–DN50, with pressure ratings ASME Class 150–4500 / PN16–PN760. It is used fully open or fully closed; not suitable for throttling due to wear on the wedge and seats.

Available body materials include A105N, A350 LF2, A182 F11/F22/F5, F304/F316/F304L/F316L. Trims are available with 13Cr, 18Cr-8Ni, 18Cr-8Ni-Mo, or hard-faced surfaces, depending on temperature, corrosion, and erosion.

Bonnet and Actuation Options

Versions include bolted bonnet, welded bonnet, RTJ bonnet, and pressure seal bonnet. For Class 900/1500, pressure seal options are noted, while Class 2500 offers welded or pressure seal configurations. Actuation can be manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic.

Suitable for steam, condensates, thermal oil, compressed air, gases, hydrocarbons, and small diameter chemical fluids, provided body material, trim, gasket, packing, and pressure-temperature rating are confirmed.

SW for higher mechanical integrity in pressure/thermal cycles. NPT for removable auxiliary lines.

When to choose full port?
When lower pressure drop or piggable/cleaner bore is required.

What to check for stem leakage?
Condition of graphite packing, gland tightening, and stem wear.
