Cla-Val 133-01 / 633-01 Electronic Dosing Control Valve

The Cla-Val 133-01 / 633-01 is a hydraulically actuated diaphragm valve designed for dosing and flow control in water distribution systems. It integrates with the VC-22D controller and is specified for applications requiring local or SCADA-based setpoint adjustment, with differential operating pressures below 100 psid.

Control Operation

The VC-22D controller can calculate flow based on valve position and differential pressure, eliminating the need for a separate flowmeter in certain configurations. Supports PID control loops, totalizer, ramping setpoint for surge mitigation, and data logging in CSV format.

Maintenance

Description

Cla-Val Models 133-01 and 633-01 Metering and Flow Rate Control Valves are completely self-contained and utilize the VC-22D Electronic Valve Controller to accurately meter and/or control flow rate when used on valves with pressure differentials of less than 100 psid. 

Typical applications for 133-01 and 633-01 Metering and Flow Rate Control Valves are in fluid delivery systems where the flow rate is measured and changed from a remote location such as a SCADA system, using the VC-22D Electronic Valve Controller as the interface.
