Neway – Technical profile of an engineered industrial valve manufacturer
Neway Valve is a manufacturer of engineered industrial valves for process piping, power generation, oil & gas, LNG, chemical plants, water treatment and new energy applications. Its product portfolio includes gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, cryogenic valves, control valves, subsea valves, oxygen service valves, power plant valves and hydrogen-related valve solutions.

Neway valves should be evaluated as pressure-retaining components. Selection requires verification of design code, pressure class, pressure-temperature rating, body material, trim material, seat design, leakage class, testing standard and documentation.
Gate valves are used for full open or full closed isolation. They are not intended for throttling service. Globe valves may be used for isolation or controlled pressure drop, depending on trim and actuator configuration. Check valves must be selected according to flow dynamics, not only nominal size.
Pressure seal valves are used in high-pressure steam, feedwater and power applications. In this design, internal pressure assists bonnet sealing. Bellow seal valves are used when leakage from the stem packing must be reduced, such as in toxic, volatile or high-temperature fluids.
Neway also manufactures floating and trunnion mounted ball valves, fully welded ball valves, metal-seated ball valves, DBB valves and cryogenic valves. Cryogenic service requires extended bonnet design, low-temperature materials, cavity relief and suitable cryogenic testing.
