Accessories
Accessories for pneumatic and solenoid valves are used for mechanical connection, adaptation, filtration, indication, and maintenance of compressed-air circuits. Selection should be based on valve type, NAMUR interface, connection size, air flow capacity, operating pressure, instrument air quality, and control panel layout.
This category includes Hafner NAMUR accessories, adapter plates, spacer plates, connection plates, quick-exhaust valves, air-recirculation blocks, block-and-bleed assemblies, manual overrides, and Futura line and Classic-line components for filters, regulators, lubricators, and distribution units. NAMUR devices cover functions such as rapid exhaust, actuator chamber bypass, actuator venting, and adaptation of a NAMUR valve to an in-line installation. Stated flow capacities range from 230 to 3000 l/min, with typical operating pressure ranges of 1-10 bar or 2-10 bar depending on design.
For air preparation units, available components include connectors, coupling kits, mounting brackets, locking nuts, filter and lubricator bowls, filters, filter elements, end plates, distribution modules, and replacement diaphragms and springs. Futura line filtration components include activated-carbon filters, 5 micron filters with semi-automatic or automatic drain, 0.3 micron pre-filters, and 0.01 micron fine filters, with G 1/4" to G 1" connections and pressure ratings up to 12 or 16 bar depending on version.
Differential pressure indicators are used to monitor filter loading and to schedule element replacement, with stated measuring ranges of 0-0.35 bar and 0-0.5 bar. During maintenance, checks should include connection tightness, bowl condition, condensate drainage, filter element cleanliness, correct positioning of NAMUR plates, and reset of manual override functions.
