Ο STEVI-POS P20 είναι ψηφιακός ηλεκτροπνευματικός ρυθμιστής θέσης για πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές απλής ενέργειας. Μετατρέπει σήμα 4–20 mA σε γωνία βαλβίδας και ρυθμίζει την πίεση αέρα στον ενεργοποιητή μέσω πνευματικής μονάδας. Η ανάδραση θέσης γίνεται με μαγνητικό αισθητήρα Hall χωρίς επαφή, χωρίς μηχανική τριβή στο σύστημα μέτρησης.
Ο positioner συγκρίνει τη γωνία της βαλβίδας με το setpoint και διορθώνει την πίεση στον ενεργοποιητή μέσα σε καθορισμένη deadband. Η νεκρή ζώνη μπορεί να είναι αυτόματη ή σταθερή σε 0,5%, 1% ή 3%. Η λειτουργία tight-closing εξαερώνει πλήρως τον ενεργοποιητή όταν το setpoint περάσει τα ρυθμισμένα όρια, ώστε να εφαρμοστεί η διαθέσιμη δύναμη κλεισίματος.

Διατίθεται έκδοση 2-wire 4–20 mA ή έκδοση με παθητική αναλογική έξοδο θέσης 4–20 mA, 9–32 V. Προαιρετικά διατίθεται σετ δύο μανομέτρων 0–10 bar για πίεση τροφοδοσίας και πίεση εργασίας.
Τι συμβαίνει σε απώλεια σήματος ή αέρα;
Η βαλβίδα εξαερώνεται, σύμφωνα με τη fail action του ενεργοποιητή.
