Eurotec Neptun Box Ex – κουτί τερματικών διακοπτών

Η Neptun Box Ex είναι ανοξείδωτη μονάδα ανατροφοδότησης θέσης για βάνες με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Ο άξονας του κουτιού συνδέεται μηχανικά με τον άξονα του ενεργοποιητή και οι έκκεντροι ενεργοποιούν τους αισθητήρες ή διακόπτες open/closed για σήμα προς PLC, DCS ή SIS.

Υλικό και περιβάλλον

Το περίβλημα και τα εξωτερικά μέρη είναι από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα 1.4571. Η επιλογή αφορά διαβρωτικά περιβάλλοντα, offshore εγκαταστάσεις, χημικές μονάδες, αλατούχα ατμόσφαιρα, θειούχα αέρια και νιτρική αμμωνία.

Εκδόσεις Ex

NEK…IA: ενδογενώς ασφαλή κυκλώματα, II 2G Ex ia IIC/IIB T4–T6 Gb και II 2D Ex ia IIIC T80°C–T135°C Db.
NEK…ED: Ex d / Ex e / Ex t, με 1–3 μηχανικούς Ex d διακόπτες.
NEK…K2D: Ex t για περιοχές με καύσιμες σκόνες, με μέγιστη εσωτερική απώλεια ισχύος 1 W.

Αισθητήρες και καλωδίωση

Η έκδοση Ex ia μπορεί να δεχθεί 1–4 μηχανικούς μικροδιακόπτες, 1–4 επαγωγικούς V3, 1–3 slot sensors, 1–2 κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες ή 1 διπλό αισθητήρα. Για μηχανικές gold contacts ισχύουν Ui 11 V, Ii 15 mA, Pi 35 mW. Για διέλευση Ex ia: IIC Ui 28 V / Ii 200 mA και IIB Ui 32 V / Ii 450 mA.

Θερμοκρασιακά όρια

Για NEK…ED: T6/T80°C έως +40°C, T5/T95°C έως +60°C, T4/T135°C έως +75°C. Για NEK…IA με gold contacts: T6/T80°C έως +70°C, T5/T95°C έως +80°C, T4/T135°C έως +100°C. Το κάτω όριο είναι -55°C ή -25°C, ανά στεγανοποίηση και έκδοση.

Σημεία επιλογής

Η Neptun Box Ex δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας, άρα δεν επιλέγεται από PN ή Class βάνας. Η επιλογή γίνεται από ζώνη Ex, ομάδα αερίου/σκόνης, θερμοκρασιακή κλάση, τύπο αισθητήρα, barrier/isolator, καλωδίωση και συμβατότητα ενεργοποιητή κατά VDI/VDE 3845.

Πρότυπα

Η πιστοποίηση αναφέρει EPS 16 ATEX 1 007 X και IECEx EPS 16.0002X, με πρότυπα IEC/EN 60079-0, 60079-1, 60079-7, 60079-11 και 60079-31. Για λειτουργική ασφάλεια η σειρά NEK περιλαμβάνεται σε FMEDA κατά IEC 61508.

The neptun Box and all external parts are made of high-quality stainless steel (1.4571) and are therefore particularly resistant to corrosion and pitting. This makes it suitable for use in offshore applications and in the chemical industry, as well as in environments with a salty atmosphere, sulphur gases, ammonia nitrate and numerous other aggressive media.
