Neway Cast Steel – Tilted Disc Swing Check Valve

The Neway Cast Steel check valve is a swing/swivel disc type, designed for industrial pipelines where reverse flow prevention is required without an actuator. Operation is achieved via process flow and disc gravity. Product data indicates a range of NPS 2"–48" / DN50–DN1200 and pressure ratings ASME Class 150–4500 / PN16–PN760.

Construction and Connections

FAQ

Installation orientation?
Horizontal installation for liquids, or vertical installation with upward flow, as per datasheet.

When is special consideration required?
At low flow rates, large diameters, pump stations, or lines prone to water hammer, as disc movement must be stable to avoid seat impact.
