B-Safety ClassicLine BR 952 005 – Eyewash Station with 60 L Tank

The BR 952 005 is a self-contained eyewash station equipped with a 60-liter GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) tank. Designed for deployment in locations without permanent water supply or where a portable/temporary eyewash arrangement is required. The unit can be wall- or bench-mounted and provides low-pressure flushing to both eyes via dual spray heads.

Operating Principle

Gravity-fed tank supplies both spray heads at low pressure. Upon activation, the heads deliver a controlled flow suitable for immediate removal of chemical droplets, dust, or particulates from the ocular area. Not intended as a substitute for full-body safety showers in cases of extensive exposure.

Flush Media Maintenance

Water quality is critical. Use potable water only. Recommended fluid replacement interval is weekly. With antibacterial additive, retention period extends up to 6 months. Additive BR 910 980 dosed at 10 ml per 100 L water.

Standards and Marking

Complies with DIN EN 15154-4:2009 and ANSI Z358.1-2014. Reference to GOST-R. Eyewash signage per EN ISO 7010 / ASR A1.3, supplied as 100 × 100 mm PVC adhesive label, 10 m recognition distance.

Product description

As the water in the tanks ages, very close attention must be paid to regular renewal of the flushing liquid due to the risk of contamination. Depending on the type of flushing liquid, the following cycles are recommended. For drinking water, we recommend at least a weekly change of the rinsing liquid; for drinking water with an antibacterial additive, we recommend a change after a maximum of 6 months.

The B-SAFETY ClassicLine tank eye shower BR952005 has a 60-liter tank and thus ensures an uninterrupted flushing time of approximately 15 minutes. When the caps are pulled down, the rinsing process starts immediately. The shower heads emit a soft jet that supplies both eyes with the eye rinsing liquid.
