Condensate Collector / Steam Distributor ARI CODI S
The ARI CODI S is a PN40 manifold featuring integrated isolation valves and graphite gland packing. It functions as either a condensate collector or a steam distributor, depending on flow direction and network connection configuration. Available in vertical Fig. 671 and horizontal Fig. 672 versions.

Operation in Steam Networks
When used as a steam distributor, the inlet is through the top flange, and side outlets supply consumers or steam tracing. A steam trap is installed on the bottom flange.
When used as a condensate collector, condensates enter through side connections, typically discharging from the top flange. A drain valve is provided on the bottom flange. In vertical installations, a siphon pipe is recommended for smoother temperature distribution and reduced water hammer in condensate return.
Selection and Maintenance
The version with isolation plug is used for on/off operation. It should not be used for throttling; a throttling plug is required for flow regulation. Operational parts can be replaced on-site without disassembling the manifold from the piping.
