Spherical Ball Valve with Heating Jacket 4G Ghidini 133030C

Two-way ball valve with integral seals and heating jacket, designed for process lines where product temperature must be maintained within the valve zone. Connection is clamp DIN 32676. Available in three tubing series: Tab.4 Reihe C for BS/OD ASTM A270, Tab.2 Reihe A for DIN 11850, and Tab.3 Reihe B for ISO 1127.

Heating Jacket Application

The heating jacket allows circulation of a thermal medium around the valve body. Used for products that increase in viscosity, solidify, or crystallize at lower temperatures, such as fats, syrups, resins, waxes, chocolate derivatives, and certain chemicals.

Clamp Series Selection

Selection of Reihe A/B/C must be based on actual piping specification:

• Reihe A for DIN 11850
• Reihe B for ISO 1127
• Reihe C for BS/OD ASTM A270

DN alone is insufficient; external tube diameters, clamp dimensions, and gasket types differ by series.

On request: antistatic device ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db and M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004 compliance for food contact applications.
