Eyewash station with protective cage, stainless steel bowl, and below-ground automatic drainage. Designed for outdoor or cold industrial environments where water must not remain in exposed pipework after operation. Body shower not included.

Frost Protection Operation

The below-ground ball valve is stainless steel, housed in a stainless enclosure. Activation is via a 1000 mm pull rod. The system automatically drains to a depth of 1000 mm, minimizing risk of water freezing in above-ground sections.

Cage and Activation

Cage constructed from stainless steel tubing. Eyewash activation via galvanized platform (800 x 800 mm) with chain and angular transmission to the valve. Base plate is stainless steel, 200 x 200 mm, with four anchor holes.

Eyewash Module

PremiumLine module includes two stainless spray heads with plastic dispersion plates, elastomeric bumpers, and sealed dust covers with tilting mechanism. Integrated flow regulator maintains 14 l/min at 2.5–5 bar.

Complies with EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014. Also references DIN 1988, EN 1717, DIN-DVGW/DVGW NW-0417CL0263, and GOST-R.

Maintenance

Periodic inspection of flow rate, dynamic pressure, full drainage, below-ground valve sealing, platform/chain operation, spray head cleanliness, and unobstructed bowl drainage is required.
