Body Safety Shower B-Safety BR 088 095 PremiumLine

Body safety shower with exposed piping, designed for installation above doorways. Features lateral pull rod deflection. The valve can be positioned on either side of the door, allowing activation to be configured according to escape route layout and operator position.

Construction Materials

Shower head, ball valve, piping, wall flange, and pull rod are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel with polished finish. Flow regulator is POM. The shower head is self-draining to minimize water retention after operation or testing, reducing risk of microbial growth and freezing.

Hydraulic Operation and Flow Selection

Integrated flow regulator maintains spray pattern within 1.5–3 bar dynamic pressure range. Available variants:

  • BR 088 095: 50 l/min, hazard class I
  • BR 088 095 / 75L: 75 l/min / 20 GPM, hazard class II
  • BR 088 095 / 110L: 110 l/min, hazard class III

Flow selection should be based on chemical hazard assessment, available network supply, and pressure drop to installation point.

Complies with ANSI Z358.1-2014, EN 15154-1:2006, EN 15154-5:2019, DIN 1988, EN 1717, and DIN-DVGW / DVGW NW-0416CL0425. Accessories include floor-level activation cable, 1150 mm pull rod, ¾" service shut-off, thermostatic mixing (20–43 °C), IP65 flow switch, EX zone 1 & 2 switch, and 230 V / 50 Hz alarm system.

Product description

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.

The integrated automatic flow regulator ensures a standard-compliant spray pattern regardless of the water pressure on site. With the enclosed safety sign according to EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3, the B-SAFETY emergency shower is marked and visibility is improved. The viewing distance is 15 meters.
