Hafner Classic-line Type A Air Pressure Regulators

The Hafner R / RE / RW Classic-line A series comprises standalone pressure regulators for compressed air networks and, in specific versions, for water. These regulators are installed downstream of the main supply or upstream of pneumatic panels, valves, and actuators where a defined downstream pressure is required, independent of inlet fluctuations.

Variants and Technical Specifications

• R-0 mini: G 1/8” or G 1/4”, flow rate 600 l/min, size A-0.
• R-1: G 1/8”, G 1/4”, or G 3/8”, flow rate 2050 l/min, size A-1.
• R-2: G 1/4”, G 3/8”, or G 1/2”, flow rate 3200 l/min, size A-2.
• R-3: G 1/2”, G 3/4”, or G 1”, flow rate 6200 l/min, size A-3.
• RE-0: Mini regulator with quick exhaust function, G 1/8” or G 1/4”, 600 l/min.
• RW-0: Regulator for water, G 1/8” or G 1/4”, 960 l/min.

Operating Pressure Range

Standard versions are rated for inlet pressure 1.5…15 bar and adjustable outlet pressure 0.5…12 bar. Regulator selection should be based on instantaneous flow demand and permissible pressure drop, not solely on connection thread size.
