CSA GOLIA 3F EO – Βαλβίδα αέρα μόνο εξαγωγής

Η CSA GOLIA 3F EO είναι συνδυαστική βαλβίδα αέρα για βιομηχανία και θαλασσινό νερό, με διαμόρφωση exhaust only. Επιτρέπει την εξαγωγή μεγάλων όγκων αέρα κατά την πλήρωση του αγωγού και την απομάκρυνση θυλάκων αέρα σε λειτουργία υπό πίεση, αλλά δεν επιτρέπει επανείσοδο αέρα στο δίκτυο.

Λειτουργική αρχή

Το σύστημα EO χρησιμοποιείται όταν η είσοδος αέρα στον αγωγό δεν είναι αποδεκτή λόγω διεργασίας, ποιότητας νερού ή κινδύνου ανεπιθύμητης οξείδωσης/ανάμιξης. Η διαφορική πίεση ανοίγματος της διάταξης EO μπορεί να ρυθμιστεί κατόπιν απαίτησης.

Κρίσιμος περιορισμός

Σε εκκένωση αγωγού, θραύση ή αστοχία αντλίας, η έκδοση EO δεν προστατεύει από υποπίεση, επειδή δεν επιτρέπει εισαγωγή αέρα. Για αυτό απαιτείται υδραυλικός έλεγχος του δικτύου και πιθανή χρήση ανεξάρτητων διατάξεων προστασίας κενού.

Πρότυπα και κατασκευή

Η σειρά καλύπτει εφαρμογές πίεσης σε ύδρευση, βιομηχανία και λύματα. Αναφέρονται πρότυπα EN 1074-1, EN 1074-4 για βαλβίδες αέρα, EN 1092-2 για φλάντζες και EN 12266-1 για δοκιμές πίεσης μεταλλικών βαλβίδων.

Σε τι διαφέρει από την έκδοση IO;
Η EO επιτρέπει μόνο εξαγωγή αέρα. Η IO επιτρέπει μόνο εισαγωγή αέρα.

Μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί μόνη της σε υψηλό σημείο;
Ναι, μόνο εφόσον η μελέτη επιβεβαιώνει ότι δεν απαιτείται προστασία από κενό στο συγκεκριμένο σημείο.

Είναι κατάλληλη για θαλασσινό νερό;
Ναι, με επιλογή κατάλληλων ανοξείδωτων ή duplex υλικών.

Περιγραφή

Combination air valve - Version for air discharge only

The CSA EO system, designed to avoid under any circumstances the air entrance back to the pipeline, only allows the exhaust of large volumes of air during pipe filling and the discharge of air pockets in working conditions. The unit regulation device EO, whose opening differential pressure can be adjusted on request, is also available as a separate sub kit applicable to any existing CSA air valves except for the anti-water hammer AS series. User is advised that by choosing EO model, in case of pipe draining, burst and pump failure the system won’t be protected against negative pressure conditions.

All our valves are made of ductile cast iron GJS 450-10 and in absolute compliance with Italian and European standards and are designed to work at a pressure of 25-40 bars. The work is carried out only by means of numerically controlled lathes, mills, horizontal machining units and subsequently examined step-by-step following strict procedures. Internal components of our valves are largely made of stainless steel or other high resistant materials for the maximum prevention of cavitation effects and corrosion.

Painting, pre-treated by sand-blasting grade SA 2,5, is carried out inside a fluidized bed containing epoxy powder, which guarantees maximum surface protection.

All our products are tested under water pressure and certified.
