Επίτοιχος συνδυασμός ντους ασφαλείας σώματος με ντους οφθαλμών, για εγκατάσταση σε τοίχο με εμφανή σωλήνωση. Χρησιμοποιείται σε εργαστήρια, χημικές αποθήκες, χώρους ανάμιξης, σημεία πλήρωσης δοχείων και βιομηχανικές περιοχές όπου απαιτείται κοινό σημείο έκπλυσης σώματος και ματιών.

Κατασκευή και λειτουργία

Η σωλήνωση, οι φλάντζες και ο βραχίονας είναι από ανοξείδωτο AISI 304 με πράσινη χημικά ανθεκτική βαφή πούδρας. Η σφαιρική βάνα σώματος ¾” είναι από ορείχαλκο DZR CW724R και ενεργοποιείται με ράβδο έλξης 700 mm. Η κεφαλή σώματος είναι από POM, αυτοαποστραγγιζόμενη, με ενσωματωμένη ρύθμιση ροής 50 l/min.

Το ντους οφθαλμών διαθέτει δύο κεφαλές 45°, βάνα ½” από AISI 316 και πλάκα PUSH 130 mm με φωσφορίζουσα ένδειξη κατά DIN 67510. Οι κεφαλές έχουν προστατευτικά EPDM και καλύμματα σκόνης με ανακλινόμενο μηχανισμό.

Συμμόρφωση με EN 15154-1:2006, EN 15154-2:2006, EN 15154-5:2019 και ANSI Z358.1-2014. Αναφέρονται επίσης EN 1717, DIN 1988, DIN-DVGW/DVGW και GOST-R. Εκδόσεις: 50 l/min hazard class I, 75 l/min hazard class II και 110 l/min hazard class III.

Περιοδικός έλεγχος παροχής, δυναμικής πίεσης, στεγανότητας βανών, καθαρότητας κεφαλών, καλυμμάτων σκόνης, σήμανσης και ελεύθερης πρόσβασης στη ράβδο έλξης και στην πλάκα PUSH.

The B-SAFETY body safety showers of the ClassicLine series are made of high-quality materials and are just as suitable for use in laboratories and research as they are for rough use in industry. B-SAFETY’s green chemical-resistant polyester powder coating has proven itself in many aggressive environments and is resistant to many acids and alkalis.

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.
