Βάνα βελόνης Genebre 2223 – 3000 psi, ανοξείδωτη, ISO 228 F/F

Χειροκίνητη βάνα βελόνης για στραγγαλιστική ρύθμιση μικρών παροχών σε καθαρά υγρά ή αέρια. Η σειρά 2223 έχει θηλυκά σπειρώματα ISO 228/1, σώμα ανοξείδωτου χάλυβα 316, bonnet AISI 316, βελόνα A182 F6 με nitrogen treatment και packing άξονα PTFE + graphite.

Εφαρμογές

Χρησιμοποιείται σε γραμμές όπου απαιτείται τοπική χειροκίνητη ρύθμιση και όχι απλή on/off απομόνωση:

impulse lines και γραμμές οργάνων
μικρά bypass υψηλής πίεσης
βοηθητικά κυκλώματα αέρα, αζώτου ή νερού
δειγματοληψία καθαρών μέσων
χημικές εφαρμογές συμβατές με 316, A182 F6 και PTFE/graphite

Δεν είναι κατάλληλη πρώτη επιλογή για ιλύες, αιωρούμενα στερεά ή μέσα με υψηλό ιξώδες, επειδή η έδρα και η βελόνα έχουν περιορισμένη διατομή ροής.

Διαφορά από τις 2221 και 2222

Η 2223 είναι ανοξείδωτη έκδοση με ISO 228/1 σπείρωμα. Η 2221 είναι αντίστοιχη ISO 228 αλλά με σώμα ASTM A105 ανθρακούχου χάλυβα, ενώ η 2222 αφορά NPT σύνδεση. Η αντικατάσταση μεταξύ ISO 228 και NPT δεν πρέπει να γίνεται χωρίς έλεγχο piping standard και στεγανοποίησης σπειρώματος.
