B-Safety ClassicLine BR 714 025 – ντους οφθαλμών χειρός 45° με δύο κεφαλές

Το BR 714 025 είναι χειροκίνητο ντους οφθαλμών με δύο κεφαλές ψεκασμού 45°, για επιτοίχια ή επιτραπέζια στήριξη. Η διάταξη δύο κεφαλών επιλέγεται όταν απαιτείται ταυτόχρονη έκπλυση και των δύο οφθαλμών, με συμμετρική κατανομή νερού και δυνατότητα κατευθυνόμενης χρήσης κοντά στο σημείο κινδύνου.

Η χειρολαβή διαθέτει μη αυτοκλειόμενη βαλβίδα και ενσωματωμένο ρυθμιστή ροής, ώστε το μοτίβο ψεκασμού να παραμένει εντός προδιαγραφών στο καθορισμένο εύρος πίεσης. Υπάρχει επίσης ενσωματωμένη διάταξη αντεπιστροφής για προστασία του δικτύου πόσιμου νερού.

Υλικά κατασκευής

Τα υδροφόρα μέρη είναι από ορείχαλκο DZR CW724R. Οι κεφαλές και ο ρυθμιστής ροής είναι από POM, η επένδυση σωλήνα από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα AISI 304, ενώ τα ρακόρ είναι από ορείχαλκο CW617N / CW614N.

Πρότυπα και εγκατάσταση

Το προϊόν αναφέρεται με συμμόρφωση σε EN 15154-2:2006 και ANSI Z358.1-2014, καθώς και πιστοποίηση DIN-DVGW / DVGW NW-0417CL0263. Η σήμανση ακολουθεί EN ISO 7010 και ASR A1.3. Η στήριξη γίνεται με βάση τοίχου/πάγκου, εξάρτημα M28×1,5×80 mm, παξιμάδι και δύο βίδες M5, με στεγανοποίηση στην επιφάνεια μέσω O-ring.

Εφαρμογές

Κατάλληλο για εργαστήρια χημικών, πάγκους QC, σταθμούς δοσομέτρησης, μονάδες επεξεργασίας νερού, χώρους CIP, βαφεία και θέσεις συντήρησης όπου υπάρχει κίνδυνος επαφής οφθαλμών με οξέα, αλκάλια, καθαριστικά, σκόνη ή αιωρούμενα σωματίδια.

Συντήρηση

Για λειτουργικό έλεγχο προβλέπεται περιοδική ενεργοποίηση τουλάχιστον 5 s. Προαιρετικά μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν βάνα απομόνωσης, βάρος σωλήνα, διακόπτης ροής IP65, θερμοστατική ανάμιξη 20–43 °C και συναγερμός 230 V / 50 Hz.

Product description

The hand-held eye shower is equipped with two B-SAFETY high-performance shower heads, which not only meet the requirements of EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014, but also ensure that the water is distributed over a large area. This also takes care of the regions around the eyes and eyes can be positioned in the water jet without problems. The restricted, even and, most important of all, soft water jet has been optimized for rinsing chemicals out of the eye. With the enclosed B-SAFETY combination bracket, the hand-held eye shower can be mounted on the wall or also on the table. The robust stainless steel-coated hose in 1.5 meter length ensures good usability of the shower. The correct spray height and a standard-compliant spray pattern are achieved by the integrated flow regulator, regardless of the water pressure present. The backflow preventer built into the handle of the shower provides additional protection of the drinking water network.
