Ντους ασφαλείας σώματος δαπέδου με χειροκίνητο ντους οφθαλμών δύο κεφαλών 45°. Χρησιμοποιείται όταν απαιτείται πλήρης έκπλυση σώματος και κατευθυνόμενη έκπλυση και των δύο οφθαλμών από χειροκίνητη κεφαλή, χωρίς σταθερή λεκάνη οφθαλμών. Απαιτεί μόνιμη σύνδεση σε δίκτυο νερού 1 ¼” θηλυκό, με άνω και κάτω είσοδο για γραμμές κυκλοφορίας.

Υλικά και κατασκευή

Η σωλήνωση είναι ανοξείδωτη AISI 304 με πράσινη χημικά ανθεκτική βαφή πούδρας. Η σφαιρική βάνα είναι DZR brass CW724R, τα ταφ/μούφες/πώματα AISI 316, ενώ η κεφαλή σώματος και οι ρυθμιστές ροής είναι POM. Το χειροκίνητο ντους οφθαλμών είναι από Luran, με κεφαλές POM/EPDM και καλύμματα σκόνης.

Συμμόρφωση με EN 15154-1:2006, EN 15154-2:2006, EN 15154-5:2019 και ANSI Z358.1-2014. Αναφέρονται επίσης EN 1717, DIN 1988, DIN-DVGW/DVGW και GOST-R. Εκδόσεις: 50 l/min hazard class I, 75 l/min hazard class II και 110 l/min hazard class III κατά EN 15154-5:2019.

Εφαρμογές

Κατάλληλο για χημική παραγωγή, αποθήκες οξέων/αλκαλίων, εργαστήρια, επεξεργασία νερού, σημεία πλήρωσης δοχείων και περιοχές όπου η έκπλυση πρέπει να κατευθύνεται από τον χρήστη ή δεύτερο χειριστή.

Συντήρηση

Ο περιοδικός έλεγχος πρέπει να περιλαμβάνει παροχή, δυναμική πίεση, στεγανότητα βάνας, κατάσταση εύκαμπτου σωλήνα, λειτουργία μη αυτοκλειόμενης βαλβίδας, καθαρότητα κεφαλών και επαναφορά καλυμμάτων σκόνης.

The B-SAFETY body safety showers of the ClassicLine series are made of high-quality materials and are just as suitable for use in laboratories and research as they are for rough use in industry. B-SAFETY’s green chemical-resistant polyester powder coating has proven itself in many aggressive environments and is resistant to many acids and alkalis.

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcificationand maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.
