Ντους ασφαλείας σώματος δαπέδου με μονάδα έκπλυσης οφθαλμών/προσώπου, λεκάνη και καπάκι. Η διάταξη εφαρμόζεται σε βιομηχανικούς χώρους όπου η πιθανή έκθεση αφορά πρόσωπο, μάτια και σώμα, όπως χημική παραγωγή, εργαστήρια, χώροι πλήρωσης δοχείων και μονάδες επεξεργασίας νερού.

Κατασκευή και λειτουργία

Η κεφαλή καταιονισμού, η σωλήνωση, η βάση, η σφαιρική βάνα ¾”, η ράβδος έλξης και τα εξαρτήματα σύνδεσης είναι AISI 316. Η κεφαλή σώματος είναι αυτοαποστραγγιζόμενη και διαθέτει ρύθμιση ροής 50 l/min για σταθερό μοτίβο καταιονισμού εντός 1,5–3 bar δυναμικής πίεσης.

Η μονάδα οφθαλμών/προσώπου έχει σώμα, λεκάνη και καπάκι από ABS ανθεκτικό σε UV και κρούση. Το καπάκι λειτουργεί ως προστασία έναντι σκόνης και ταυτόχρονα ως χειριστήριο ενεργοποίησης. Οι αεριστήρες είναι επιχρωμιωμένοι ορειχάλκινοι, με ενσωματωμένη ρυθμιστική βαλβίδα 3/8” για ρύθμιση ύψους ψεκασμού και παροχής.

Συμμόρφωση με EN 15154-1:2006, EN 15154-2:2006, EN 15154-5:2019 και ANSI Z358.1-2014. Αναφέρονται επίσης DIN-DVGW/DVGW, EN 1717, DIN 1988 και GOST-R. Εκδόσεις σώματος: 50 l/min hazard class I, 75 l/min hazard class II και 110 l/min hazard class III.

Συντήρηση

Ο περιοδικός έλεγχος πρέπει να περιλαμβάνει παροχή, δυναμική πίεση, στεγανότητα βανών, καθαρότητα αεριστήρων, ελεύθερη αποχέτευση λεκάνης και σωστή ενεργοποίηση μέσω καπακιού.

The B-SAFETY body safety showers of the PremiumLine series are made of stainless steel and are just as suitable for use in laboratories and research as for rough use in industry. The polished stainless steel surface is not only resistant to many chemicals, but also offers a modern design for laboratories and clean rooms.

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification-and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.
