Variable body safety shower ceiling mounted, exposed pipework - PremiumLine - BR 085 095 / V | B-Safety

B-Safety BR 085 095 / V PremiumLine

Adjustable ceiling-mounted emergency body shower with exposed piping and ¾" female water inlet. The “V” variant refers to variable installation geometry; user flow adjustment is not provided. Head clearance is 425–1225 mm, with the lower edge of the shower head positioned at 2200 mm ±100 mm from finished floor level.

Construction

  • Shower head: AISI 316 stainless steel, self-draining design
  • ¾" ball valve: AISI 316, operated via pull rod
  • Piping and ceiling flange: AISI 316, polished finish
  • Pull rod with ring: AISI 316, length 855–1660 mm
  • Flow regulator: POM

Hydraulic Data

Standard BR 085 095 / V provides 50 l/min at 1.5–3 bar dynamic pressure. Integrated automatic flow regulator maintains spray pattern within specified pressure range. Versions for 75 l/min / 20 GPM and 110 l/min are available for higher hazard classes per EN 15154-5:2019.

Standards and Certifications

Compliant with EN 15154-2:2006, EN 15154-5:2019, ANSI Z358.1-2014, DIN 1988, EN 1717, DIN-DVGW / DVGW NW-0417CL0263, and GOST-R. Signage: PVC 150 × 150 mm per EN ISO 7010 / ASR A1.3, 15 m recognition distance.

Applications

Suitable for chemical laboratories, chemical filling/dilution areas, paint shops, surface treatment, production zones with hazardous liquids, and installations requiring visible ceiling water supply for inspection.

Selection Criteria

Selection based on available dynamic pressure, line pressure drop, required flow per risk assessment, installation height, and accessibility of pull rod for emergency operation.

Product description

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.

The integrated automatic flow regulator ensures a standard-compliant spray pattern regardless of the water pressure on site. With the enclosed safety sign according to EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3, the B-SAFETY emergency shower is marked and visibility is improved. The viewing distance is 15 meters.
