B-Safety BR 075 095 / V PremiumLine

Variable ceiling-mounted safety shower arm for recessed installation, with ¾" male water connection. The “V” version refers to adjustable headroom (305–1555 mm), not user-adjustable flow. The lower edge of the shower head must be installed at 2200 mm ±100 mm from finished floor level.

Technical Data

  • Type: ceiling-mounted, recessed body safety shower arm
  • Material: stainless steel
  • Finish: polished
  • Water connection: ¾" male
  • Dynamic operating pressure: 1.5–3 bar
  • Nominal flow: 50 l/min
  • Available flows: 75 l/min / 20 GPM and 110 l/min
  • Installation height: variable, according to required headroom

Construction and Materials

Shower head and piping are AISI 316 stainless steel. The cover rosette is listed as AISI 304 in the PDF, but as polyamide on the product page; material must be confirmed in the technical offer. Flow regulator is POM.

Hydraulic Operation

Integrated automatic flow regulator maintains spray pattern within 1.5–3 bar dynamic pressure. For DIN EN 15154-1:2006 compliance, the section between valve and head must be self-draining to minimize stagnant water and scale formation.

Flow Variants

  • BR 075 095 / V: 50 l/min, hazard class I
  • BR 075 095 / V75L: 75 l/min / 20 GPM, hazard class II
  • BR 075 095 / V110L: 110 l/min, hazard class III

Standards and Accessories

Complies with DIN EN 15154-1:2006, DIN EN 15154-5:2019, ANSI Z358.1-2014, DIN 1988, DIN EN 1717. Certification numbers: DVGW NW-0417CL0263 (PDF), NW-0416CL0425 (product page); confirm before ordering. Optional: IP65 flow switch, EX zone 1 & 2 version, 230 V / 50 Hz alarm system.

Applications and Use Cases

  • Industrial process areas requiring emergency body showers
  • Chemical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory environments
  • Suitable for potable and process water
  • Designed for integration with safety control systems

Product description

The emergency shower arm is equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.

The integrated automatic flow regulator ensures a standard-compliant spray pattern regardless of the water pressure on site. With the enclosed safety sign according to EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3, the B-SAFETY emergency shower is marked and visibility is improved. The viewing distance is 15 meters.

Mounting-Instructions:

For an installation in accordance with DIN EN 15154-1:2006 it must be ensured, that the safety shower installation is self-draining between valve and shower head.
