OMC DP5-A – Pneumatic Differential Pressure Transmitter

The DP5-A is a pneumatic differential pressure transmitter operating on a force-balance principle. The measuring unit detects ΔP via a diaphragm capsule, while the transmission unit converts displacement into a proportional pneumatic output signal. Signal generation utilizes a flapper-nozzle relay with bellows feedback.

Materials and Media Compatibility

Body options: carbon steel A216 WCC or stainless steel A351 CF3M. Diaphragms: AISI 316L, Monel, or Hastelloy C, with silicone oil or PFPE Galden fill. Seals: PTFE or Viton. For oxygen service with Galden, operating temperature is -20 to 40 °C.

No. Only clean instrument air is needed.
