The Ball Valve Wafer - FA2 by ADLER is a full bore, wafer-type valve crafted from round bar, adhering to standards such as EN 12516.2, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. It is available in sizes ranging from DN 10 to DN 250 and is constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel, or special steel. The valve is rated for PN 6 / PN 10 ÷ 40 / ANSI 150 ÷ 300 and features double seals on the body/end junction, with a chevron ring on the stem. Optional features include an o-ring on the stem, fire-safe execution, cryogenic execution, and compliance with various directives like PED, TPED, and ATEX. It is certified for safety system S.I.L. 3 and fugitive emission class “A” ISO 15848. Standard features include an anti blow-out proof stem, antistatic device, and top flange ISO 5211. The valves are 100% air tested under water at 100 psi. Accessories available on demand include PTFE seats, stem extensions, various actuators, and positioners.
