The Ball Valve Venturi Port - VG2 by ADLER is a high-performance, two-piece "SPLIT BODY" ball valve designed for various industrial applications. Constructed from either round bar or casting, it adheres to multiple international standards, including EN 12516.2, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. Available in sizes ranging from DN 40 to DN 250, the valve is offered in carbon steel, stainless steel, and special steel, with a pressure rating of ANSI 300. It features double seals on the body/end junction and a chevron ring on the stem for enhanced durability and performance. Optional features include fire-safe execution, compliance with PED and ATEX directives, and certification for fugitive emissions and safety systems. The valve is equipped with an anti-blowout proof stem, antistatic device, and top flange ISO 5211, and is 100% air tested under water at 100 psi. Additional accessories such as PTFE seats, stem extensions, and various actuators are available upon request.

Description

Ball valve 2 piece “SPLIT BODY” type Venturi port, manufactured from round bar or casting, construction according to EN 12516.2; ASME B16.34; EN 1759-1 ; ASME B16.5; ISO 14313; ANSI B16.1; EN 558 (Basic series 4).

Available size from DN 40 to DN 250 in carbon steel,  stainless steel and special steel

Rating ANSI 300.
