The Ball Valve Split Body - FG2 by ADLER is a high-performance, two-piece split body ball valve designed for full bore applications. It is constructed from either round bar or casting, adhering to various international standards such as EN 12516.2, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. Available in sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 250, the valve is offered in carbon steel, stainless steel, and special steel, with a pressure rating of ANSI 300. Key features include double seals on the body/end junction, a chevron ring on the stem, and an anti blow-out proof stem. The valve is equipped with an antistatic device and a top flange conforming to ISO 5211. It is 100% air tested under water at 100 psi to ensure reliability. Optional features include an O-ring on the stem, fire-safe execution, cryogenic execution, and compliance with various directives such as PED, TPED, and ATEX. The valve can be degreased for oxygen service and certified for safety system S.I.L. 3 and fugitive emission class “A” ISO 15848. Additional accessories available on demand include PTFE seats, stem extensions, various actuators, and positioners. The carbon steel variants are painted with an epoxy-polyamide coating for enhanced durability.
