The Ball Valve - 29001 by Ibor Valves is a versatile and robust valve designed for various industrial applications. It features a sophisticated seat design with options for a double piston effect both downstream and upstream (DIB I) or a double piston effect downstream with a single piston effect upstream (DIB II), along with a secondary soft seat for enhanced sealing capabilities. The stem is equipped with a sealing injector, thermic extension, and is designed to minimize fugitive emissions, also featuring a locking device for added security. Additional features include an overlay on the seat area or all wetted parts and an optional heating jacket. The valve offers multiple connection types, including flanged ends (ASME B16.5, GOST 12815-80, EN 1092.1), socket weld ends (ASME B16.11), butt weld ends (ASME B16.25), and threaded ends (NPT ASME B1.20.1, BSPP or BSPT BS21), with integral nipples available for certain configurations.
