DonadonSDD SU/M και SU/T sealed unit δίσκοι διαρραγής

Οι DonadonSDD SU/M και SU/T είναι δίσκοι διαρραγής προ-συναρμολογημένοι σε σπειρωτό ανοξείδωτο connector. Η μονάδα περιλαμβάνει τον βαθμονομημένο δίσκο μέσα στο σώμα σύνδεσης, ώστε να τοποθετείται απευθείας στη γραμμή χωρίς ξεχωριστό holder. Μετά τη διαρραγή απαιτείται αντικατάσταση της μονάδας.

Διαφορά SU/M και SU/T

SU/M: δίσκος τοποθετημένος σε σπειρωτό και στεγανοποιημένο container δύο τεμαχίων.
SU/T: δίσκος συγκολλημένος στο σπειρωτό connector.

Και οι δύο εκδόσεις προορίζονται για μικρές διαμέτρους και απευθείας εγκατάσταση σε εξοπλισμό, δοχεία, γραμμές οργάνων ή βοηθητικά κυκλώματα.

Εφαρμογές

Κατάλληλοι για αέρια και υγρά σε κυκλικές ή παλμικές συνθήκες πίεσης. Χρησιμοποιούνται σε μικρά δοχεία πίεσης, εξοπλισμό υψηλής πίεσης, test rigs, γραμμές οργάνων, skids και σημεία όπου απαιτείται γρήγορη εκτόνωση υπερπίεσης σε λίγα milliseconds.

Κριτήρια επιλογής

Για επιλογή απαιτούνται πίεση λειτουργίας, πίεση διαρραγής, θερμοκρασία, DN, μέσο, σπείρωμα σύνδεσης, ύπαρξη παλμικής πίεσης και αποδεκτή συμπεριφορά θραύσης. Δεν πρέπει να επιλέγονται για προστασία βαλβίδας ασφαλείας, επειδή το τεχνικό φύλλο δηλώνει ότι δεν προορίζονται για εγκατάσταση κάτω από βαλβίδα.

DonadonSDD SU/M sealed units are formed by a threaded connector, formed by two pieces, containing a calibrated rupture disc. The rupture disc is inserted in the threaded and sealed container. These units have been designed to make small disc mounting in plants easy and reliable, to simplify handling without need of specialised personnel.

SU/M sealed units are suitable for use with gases and liquids in cycling and pulsating conditions. SU/M sealed units react to over-pressure in a few milliseconds and are recommended for protection of plants, plant equipment and containers.

DonadonSDD SU/T sealed units are formed by a threaded connector containing a calibrated rupture disc. The rupture disc is welded to the connector. These units have been designed to make small disc mounting in plants easy and reliable, to simplify handling without need of specialised personnel.

SU/T sealed units are suitable for use with gases and liquids in cycling and pulsating conditions. SU/T sealed units react to over-pressure in a few milliseconds and are recommended for protection of plants, plant equipment and containers.

Our quality system has also met the stringent requirements of the UNI EN 9100 standard concerning design, development, and manufacture of rupture discs for the aerospace industry.

DonadonSDD products – such as rupture discs, explosion venting panels, and rupture indicators – are certified in compliance with PED directive 2014/68/EU or ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. The rupture discs alone are manufactured, tested, and certified in compliance with ASME directive, Section VIII, Division 1 and carry the relative UD stamp.

DonadonSDD is subject to inspections carried out by 3-A Sanitary Standard, Inc. (3-A SSI) so that our rupture discs can meet the highest sanitary standards.

Upon request, our clients can ask independent inspectors to certify single batches.
