DonadonSDD δίσκοι διαρραγής γραφίτη

Οι δίσκοι διαρραγής γραφίτη DonadonSDD G-GA, G-GM και G-GR χρησιμοποιούνται για προστασία δοχείων, αντιδραστήρων, δεξαμενών και σωληνώσεων από υπερπίεση. Η λειτουργία τους είναι μίας χρήσης: όταν η πίεση φθάσει την ονομαστική πίεση διαρραγής, ο δίσκος ανοίγει πλήρως και απαιτείται αντικατάσταση. Η θραύση είναι πλήρης αλλά με κατακερματισμό, επομένως δεν προορίζονται για εγκατάσταση κάτω από βαλβίδα ασφαλείας.

Υλικά και λειτουργικά όρια

Ο γραφίτης υψηλής καθαρότητας επιλέγεται για διαβρωτικά ρευστά, χαμηλές πιέσεις διαρραγής και μικρή ευαισθησία της πίεσης θραύσης σε μεταβολές θερμοκρασίας. Οι εκδόσεις GM και GR χρησιμοποιούν γραφίτη εμποτισμένο με φαινολικές ρητίνες για στεγανότητα.

Διαφορές G-GA / G-GM / G-GR

G-GA: αντικαταστάσιμος δίσκος γραφίτη σε ανοξείδωτο δακτύλιο, για άμεση τοποθέτηση μεταξύ φλαντζών. Δεν διαθέτει vacuum support.

G-GM: μονομπλόκ δίσκος γραφίτη, τοποθετούμενος απευθείας μεταξύ φλαντζών. Διατίθεται vacuum support, απαραίτητο για πιέσεις διαρραγής κάτω από 1,7 barg.

G-GR: αντικαταστάσιμος δίσκος σε γραφιτούχο ή μεταλλικό holder. Ο γραφιτούχος holder καλύπτει έως 10 barg, ενώ ο μεταλλικός έως 15 barg.

Εφαρμογές

Κατάλληλοι για χημικές διεργασίες, διαβρωτικά αέρια ή υγρά, δεξαμενές, αντιδραστήρες και γραμμές όπου απαιτείται άμεση εκτόνωση χωρίς μηχανικό επανακλείσιμο. Μπορούν να προστατευθούν με μεμβράνη PTFE όταν απαιτείται πρόσθετη χημική αντοχή.

Σημεία επιλογής

Για σωστή επιλογή απαιτούνται μέσο, θερμοκρασία, πίεση λειτουργίας, πίεση διαρραγής, DN, φλάντζες, ύπαρξη κενού, αντίθλιψη και απαίτηση αισθητήρα. Μετά από ενεργοποίηση πρέπει να αντικαθίσταται ο δίσκος και να ελέγχεται η αιτία υπερπίεσης.

DonadonSDD replaceable GA graphite rupture discs are mounted on a stainless steel ring that can be directly inserted between flanges.

This disc is very versatile because combines the mechanical robustness of a steel holder and the characteristics of graphite discs (resistant to aggressive fluids and low bursting pressure sensitivity to temperature variations).

Disc material is high purity graphite. Opening is total but with fragmentation. Vacuum support is required for rupture pressures below 1.7 barg. Discs are self-supporting at higher calibrations.

DonadonSDD GM monoblock graphite rupture discs are versatile and suitable for numerous applications and can be directly inserted between flanges.

Graphite rupture discs are very resistant to aggressive fluids and low bursting pressure sensitivity to temperature variations. Discs are made of very high purity graphite impregnated with phenolic resins in order to make the product impermeable.

Opening is total but with fragmentation.

Vacuum support is required for rupture pressures below 1.7 barg. Discs are self-supporting at higher calibrations.

The rupture discs alone are manufactured, tested, and certified in compliance with ASME directive, Section VIII, Division 1 and carry the relative UD stamp.

DonadonSDD is subject to inspections carried out by 3-A Sanitary Standard, Inc. (3-A SSI) so that our rupture discs can meet the highest sanitary standards.
