Impact Disk Flowmeter Tecfluid DP

The Tecfluid DP series is a metallic impact disk flowmeter designed for liquid measurement and, under specific conditions, for gases. Measurement is based on the force exerted by the flow on a disk positioned within the pipe cross-section. Disk displacement is transmitted to the indicator via magnetic coupling, eliminating direct fluid ingress into the indicator housing.

Versions and Materials

The DP65 is wafer-mounted between EN 1092-1 flanges, DN40–DN300. The DP500 is supplied flanged for DN250–DN500. Body materials include galvanized/painted steel or EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L. Indicator housing is IP65 aluminum or optional AISI 316L IP67.

Installation

Straight pipe runs of 3 × DN upstream and downstream are required for liquids. For gases, the manual recommends 8 × DN. Flanges, gaskets, and internal pipe diameter must not restrict disk movement.

Applications

Suitable for water circuits, heating/cooling, fire protection, chemical and pulp/paper processes, lubricants, cutting oils, and fluids with suspended solids. For extreme temperatures, a thermal spacer is available for -180…+400 °C, depending on DN and electronics.

Medidores de caudal por disco de choque para lÍquidos y gases. Construcción metálica, sencilla y robusta. Particularmente indicados para la medida de fluidos con materias en suspensión y para trabajar en condiciones extremas de presión y temperatura.

Baja pérdida de carga. Requiere instalación de tubería de tramo recto de sólo DNx3 antes y después del caudalímetro.
