The Gate Valve - Compact Design by Fluitek Orsenigo Valves is a specialized line of small-sized forged gate valves, ranging from 1/2” to 2”, designed for high-pressure applications. These valves adhere to standards such as API 602, ISO 15761, and EN 12516. They are constructed from a variety of materials, including traditional ASTM/ASME materials, harmonized EN materials, and special non-harmonized materials, covering options like carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, low alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic stainless steel, and nickel alloys. The valves are available in high-pressure classes (900#, 1500#, 2500#, 4500#) and feature different bonnet constructions, including bolted, seal welded, full penetration welded, and pressure seal bonnets. They can be customized to meet specific customer specifications and comply with AD2000 requirements.

Description

FLUITEK ORSENIGO VALVES has applied its extended experience in high pressure applications of gate valves to a line of small size (1/2” to 2”) forged construction specially designed gate valves. Standard of reference is API 602 / ISO 15761 and/or EN 12516.

Materials are either the traditional ASTM/ASME materials, harmonized EN materials or special non-harmonized materials (ranging as usual from carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel, low alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic stainless steel, nickel alloys). Pressure classes are normally on the high range side (900#, 1500#, 2500#, 4500#). Construction is either with bolted bonnet, seal welded bonnet, full penetration welded bonnet, pressure seal bonnet (as below sketched). Dimensions are per specific design, depending on customer specifications. Compliance with AD2000 requirements is available.
