The Ball Valve Wafer - FC1 by ADLER is a high-performance, full bore valve designed for various industrial applications. Constructed from round bar, it adheres to multiple international standards including EN 12516.2, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. Available in sizes DN 10 to DN 40, it is offered in carbon steel, stainless steel, and special steel, with pressure ratings of PN 63 to 160 and ANSI 600 to 1500. The valve features double seals at the body/insert junction and a chevron ring on the stem for enhanced sealing and durability. Optional features include fire-safe and cryogenic executions, compliance with several EU directives, and certifications for safety and fugitive emissions. Standard features include an anti blow-out proof stem, antistatic device, and 100% air testing under water. Additional accessories such as PTFE seats, stem extensions, and various actuators are available upon request.

Ball valve “wafer type”, full bore, manufactured from round bar, construction in according to EN 12516.2; ASME B16.34; ISO 14313; EN 1092-1; EN 1759-1; ASME B16.5; ANSI B1.1; ISO 14313.

Available size from DN 10 to DN 40 in carbon steel, in stainless steel and special steel

Rating PN 63 – 100 – 160 / ANSI 600 / ANSI 900  / ANSI 1500.
