The Ball Valve Threaded - FP2 by ADLER is a robust, two-piece, full bore valve crafted from cast stainless steel, adhering to standards such as EN 12516-2, ISO 14313, ANSI B1.1, and DIN 3202 M3. Available in sizes ranging from ¼” to 2”, it supports a pressure rating of PN 40 to 100. The valve features ISO 7RP (GAS) and ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) threading, a chevron ring on the stem, and offers optional enhancements like an o-ring on the stem, fire-safe execution, and compliance with directives such as PED 14/68/UE and ATEX 14/34/UE. It is also certified for S.I.L. 3 safety systems and fugitive emission class “A” ISO 15848. Standard features include an anti blow-out proof stem, antistatic device, and top flange ISO 5211, with all valves undergoing 100% air testing under water at 100 psi. Optional accessories include PTFE seats, special alloys, stem and cryogenic extensions, various handle and actuator options, and more.
