The Ball Valve Split Body - FM2 by ADLER is a robust and versatile 2-piece full bore valve designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It is constructed from either round bar or casted materials, adhering to standards such as EN 12516.2, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. Available in sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 300, the valve is offered in both carbon steel and stainless steel, with a pressure rating of PN 10 to 40. Key features include double seals on the body/end junction, a chevron ring on the stem, and an anti blow-out proof stem. The valve can be customized with options like fire-safe execution, cryogenic execution, and compliance with various directives such as PED, TPED, and ATEX. It is also certified for safety system S.I.L. 3 and fugitive emission class “A” ISO 15848. Standard production includes an antistatic device, top flange ISO 5211, and 100% air testing under water at 100 psi. Description

Ball valve 2 piece SPLIT BODY type full bore, manufactured from round bar or casted, construction in according to EN 12516.2; ASME B16.34; EN 1759-1 ; ASME B16.5; ISO 14313; ISO 14313, EN 558 (Basic series 27).

Available size from DN 15 to DN 300 in carbon steel and stainless steel.

Rating PN 10 ÷ 40.
