YTC YT-3303L – Smart Positioner for Linear Control Valves

The YT-3303L is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner for linear control valves equipped with pneumatic actuators, supporting both single and double acting configurations. It accepts a 4–20 mA DC input from PLC, DCS, or controller, converting the signal into pneumatic pressure to modulate actuator position and valve stroke. Features include auto calibration, PID control, alarm functions, and HART protocol support.

Variants and Options

YT-3303L is available in Non-Explosion and Ex ia IIC T6/T5 certified versions. Options include HART, position transmitter (PTM), local control via 4 keys, LCD, A/M switch, and limit switches. Lever kits cover strokes of 10–40, 20–70, 50–100, and 100–150 mm.

Control Functions

Supports linear, equal percentage, quick open and custom 16-point characterization. PID tuning and auto calibration are used for loop stability under varying Δp, stem friction, or actuator hysteresis.

Suitable for steam, condensate, hot water, chilled water, instrument air, and auxiliary process networks. Used in heat exchangers, bypass lines, manifolds, and control loops for flow, pressure, or temperature regulation.
