The Pneumatic Rotary Actuator AP / APM series by SIRCA is designed for efficient actuation of quarter-turn valves, including ball, butterfly, and plug valves. Available in sizes ranging from AP0 to AP12 (Ø32 mm to Ø330 mm), these actuators offer both Double Acting (DA) and Single Acting (SA) configurations. The AP series features a 90° stroke with a single travel adjustment of ±3°, while the APM series provides a double travel adjustment of ±5°. They operate within a pressure range of 2 to 8 bar for Double Acting and 3 to 8 bar for Single Acting, delivering a torque range of 2.4 to 7500 Nm (21.4 to 66875 lbf.in). Suitable for temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C (-4 °F to +175 °F), these actuators comply with design standards UNI EN 15714-3, ISO 5211, and VDI / VDE 3845. They feature an ISO 5211 flange interface, a square or polygonal stem connection, and a NAMUR type interface for pilot valves.
